Anti-virus software.

A lot of you wanted to know about e-safe and other security software.

Rather than give you a long list if individual sites, I will point you to

As a general anti-virus checker, I recommend E-safe desktop, and as a "firewall", Zonealarm, both of which can be downloaded from the site and are free.

The Zonealarm Pro program, which I recommend and use personally to check all incoming e-mail for malicious content is not free. However, a trial version can be downloaded from http://www.zonelabs.com

E-Mail formatting.

We spoke at length about the correct formatting of e-mail, and especially replies. I was asked, not unreasonably, to supply sources of information.
