As was asked in our classes@ctfb.net group, I'll explain how e-mail headers work.  To this end, I've prepared a hand-out, which you can download if you wish from here .  We'll also have a look at software, and the various commercial and other licenses..  If time permits, we'll alook at the related topic of Windows shortcuts, for which there is a download here.
